The hotel was quite comfortable for our group, with already having what we needed and being a good size. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues such as a dirty pull-out sofa bed mattress and cigarette burns in the curtains. The presence of a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector with a hair tie was a safety concern.

The hotel had very clean rooms with a nice setup. It was great to have dishes at no cost, especially when on a budget. The rooms were nice for the price, but there was an issue with room assignment. The service was helpful and friendly, with special thanks to Ralph and Kerri. Unfortunately, there was a false accusation of smoking in the room despite the constant smell of cigarettes in the hotel. The location was fantastic for shopping, movies, eateries, and major roads, though improvements are needed in cleanliness and management professionalism. The dining experience lacked variety and freshness in breakfast items. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
